Rewiring for Reslience is our most popular workshop, booked over 100 times and run with thousands of employees across Australia and New Zealand. Combining the latest research from the fields of neuroscience, psychology and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mind Bright’s Rewiring for Resilience is an engaging, interactive workshop presenting the science of stress in a way that is fascinating, accessible and relevant.
Despite the highest levels of wealth and access to information in history, research shows we are more stressed than ever. We explore why this is, look at the science of stress in the context of the 21st Century, explore the mind-body connection, where stress comes from, what's happening when we are in the stress response and most importantly, how neuroscience tells us we can rewire our brain in eight weeks to be calmer.
All attendees will be armed with a personalised stress management tool kit, which includes a practical set of resources and tools, leaving everyone motivated and equipped to make immediate and lasting change.
