Kristy beautifully brings this to life because she has worked in an office environment at senior management level, so she understands the demands of corporate life. She is able to hold this space for people to share their own experiences. Kristy is relatable and pragmatic in her approach which people appreciated. She also has a lovely calm energy which is a testament to what she is teaching people.
