Join us in this interactive workshop as we delve into science-based strategies to unlock your body's innate ability to enjoy restful sleep. By doing so, you'll enhance your energy levels, sharpen your focus, cultivate happiness, and significantly elevate every facet of your body and mind. You’ll also learn how by getting enough quality and quantity sleep, you’ll signifigantly decrease your risk of serious health conditions like cancer, Alzheimers, heart disease and more.
Throughout this workshop, we will:
Delve into the detrimental impacts of sleep deprivation and the many benefits of quality sleep
Debunk prevalent sleep myths with evidence-based insights
Give you a sleep assessment to determine your unique, genetic sleep chronotype
Help you work out your own personal sleep calculation, with your optimal bedtime and wake-up routine
Define what is medically considered both quality and quantity sleep
Discover the optimal conditions necessary for deep, rejuvenating sleep through scientifically-proven sleep hygiene practices.

About your Facilitator:
Kristy von Minden is an accredited Mindfulness teacher with a special interest in the Neuroscience of wellbeing. An experienced facilitator and keynote speaker, Kristy is invited regularly to speak at large industry events, where she advocates for human sustainability and gets us thinking about new ways to understand and look after our mental wellbeing. She also works with some of New Zealand’s biggest businesses, including ASB, Sony, Yellow, HSBC, Callaghan Innovation, William Buck and more, supporting them with their wellness programmes to reduce stress in order to enhance health, happiness, and performance. Through her evidence-based work, Kristy seeks to help us redefine our thinking around what it means to be truly successful in the modern business world. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Communications Degree, numerous Mindfulness Teacher Training Accreditations through Ovio and has completed the Berkley University the Science of Happiness certification.
