What's covered in the Roadmap to Wellbeing Programme.

The programme consists of five workshops. Each workshop can be completed in 60 minutes or less. The courses are designed to be self led and self paced, so teams can access them as an when they need them.

We've all been feeling emotions with greater intensity and frequency. Learn essential tools and strategies to understand and process difficult emotions, so you can feel happier and reach your personal and professional goals.

3. Make Sleep Your Superpower
Sleep is vital for our physical, mental and emotional health, yet many of us simply don't get enough. Learn science-based tips to unlock your body's natural ability to sleep more soundly and improve virtually every function of your body and mind.

4. User Guide to Your High Performance Brain
Our brain dictates everything from the quality of our thinking, to our mood, right down to our physical health. Discover your user guide to your high performance brain with 10 easy hacks to optimise your thinking, creativity and focus.

5. The Psychology & Neuroscience of Successful Habits
We all have bad habits - chocolate, alcohol or a smartphone addiction. Yet amongst our busy lives change can feel hard. We’ll give you Neuroscience-based strategies to work with your brain’s natural wiring and turn your wellbeing goals into habits.

WORKSHOP FORMAT

  • 3.5 hours with 2 x breaks

  • Time for questions within each module

  • Workshop books for participants to work through, reflecting theory back to their own lives to embed learning. Provides great take-home capturing key points of the workshop

  • Workshops are designed for 1-15 people per group - to encourage maximum participation and discussion

  • *Also offered as a Mindfulness Half Day Retreat, run off-site in a beautiful central location, with transport and catering included. Please enquire for further details

MEASUREABLES

  • A benchmark online wellness survey - sent to staff prior to the workshop to assess their current levels of stress and their understanding of and current commitment to wellness strategies. This can be re-sent three months after the workshop to track improvements

  • Workshop evaluation forms - provided at the end of the workshop so participants can rate the experience and they will also be asked to state the new wellness goals they plan to commit to
